PAYMENTS POLICY
This Payments Policy & Terms of Use describes SCB EXPORTS LTD’s. accepted payment methods, and SCB EXPROTS LTD’s. policies and procedures in relation to acceptance of payments towards the services offered through the FLYWOOD.IN Platform. SCB EXPORTS LTD’s primary object is to ensure that the FLYWOOD.IN Platforms are user friendly and equipped with reasonably expected security infrastructure to protect any financial information which may be shared by User.

User(s) are required to peruse and understand the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, you are advised not to accept the Terms of Use and this Policy and may forthwith leave and stop using the FLYWOOD.IN Platform. The terms contained in this Policy shall be accepted without modification and also, by using, browsing, accessing, or purchasing from the FLYWOOD.IN Platform, you agree to be bound by the term contained herein.

WARRANTY TERMS:

The warranty covers manufacturing/ workmanship and material defects that occur during the warranty period. The warranty applies to furniture used under normal household conditions.

What’s Eligible For Return?
Damaged

If the item delivered to you is in a damaged condition. In the case of minor damage (like chip-off/scratch/peel-off, torn stitches on upholstery or carpets) customers can choose not to return the item and instead request a carpenter service from Flywood.in to fix the damage.
Defective – If the item delivered to you is defective. A defect is the unfortunate result of a flaw in manufacturing, which hinders the intended use of the product (for e.g. imbalance, wooden joints opening etc). Please note that natural characteristics of the material used, like appearance or texture (especially for solid wood products) are not defects.
Difference – If the item delivered to you is different (in dimension, shape or colour) from the item image on our website.
Missing – If the product delivered to you is incomplete or has components missing.
Not Functional – It the product delivered to you is dead on arrival, this could occur in items with batteries or requiring electrical sources (like clocks, lights and bulbs).

What’s NOT Eligible For Return?

Installation Issues – Wall mounting installation services are not offered by Flywood.in and therefore, return requests because of customer’s inability to get the product wall mounted will not be processed.
Relocation – After an item has been delivered to you in perfect condition, in the event of the subsequent dismantling of the item for relocation, reassembly etc, please note that Flywood will not be responsible for any damage to the product.

• Accessories shown in the image are only for representation and are not part of the product.
• Depending on your screen settings and resolution on your device there may be a slight variance in fabric color and wood polish of the image and actual product.
• Wood grains will vary from product to product in case of solid wood furniture.
• Furniture having intricate hand-painted details are individual unique pieces and may have slight distinctions and variance between the picture and actual product.
• The Primary material is the main material used to manufacture the product and in addition to the primary material there might also be other type of materials used in the manufacturing of the product.

SHIPPING POLICY:

What is the estimated time for a delivery?
Team Flywood is dedicated to dispatching your products within 5 to 7 week of the timeline; however, in case of exceptional situations like transport strike, riots, natural calamities (like rains, flood, earthquakes, etc.), it might happen that the Est delivery time may exceed than the promised timeline. In such situations; you will be given updates about your products, and Flywood will be responsible to keep your products on priority and deliver at earliest as possible. We humbly request your cooperation in above exceptional situations, as your support is essential to ensure that we continue to keep serving you with high quality furniture.
As the custom products are manufactured from scratch on order, so sometimes it can get extended.
This delivery time is not applicable for some specific pin codes.

  • If you have placed an order today and you want to cancel either today or tomorrow before the product is shipped, then we will accept the cancellation with deduction of Payment Gateway processing and service fee of 2.5% on the paid value for the transaction
  • If you have placed an order today and you want to cancel the order either today or tomorrow after the product is shipped, then we will not accept any cancellation.
  • No withstanding any other, Orders placed under Sale are not cancellable.

  • On the off-chance that a defect appears in the product after it is delivered, please reach us on info@scbexports.com . We will assess the damage and get back to you with a solution as soon as we can.
